The Spring 2025 Conference will be held in Hendersonville, NC from Friday, 2 May to Sunday, 4 May 2025. Reservations have been made at the Hampton Inn, 155 Sugarloaf Road, Hendersonville, NC, 28792 Some of the amenities include free breakfast, coffee and tea available in the lobby, free high-speed wireless internet, heated indoor pool and fitness center. Tim and Brenda are working to line up a bluegrass band for our entertainment. Their check in at 3:00 PM and check out at 11:00 AM. Rooms at $129.00 plus 11.75% (tax may be subject to change) Shoulder dates are Wednesday and Thursday prior to the conference. Cutoff date is 11 April 2025. Rooms may be available after that date but not guaranteed. Cancellations must be at least 24 hours before your first day to avoid penalty. Scheduled activities will be posted when arranged.
