Can you identify the Patrolmen in this picture?  Where was the picture taken and what year.  Is it a county, District or Troop gathering?

This has been a difficult one to identify.  Connie and Mary Watson did the best job.  This is what we know at this time.  1963, Troop F, District 4, maybe even District 3.  Front row, left to right - Cabe, Sullin, Pipes, Bowen, Wright, two unidentified, Almond.  Second row, left to right - five unidentified, Arledge, Sawyer, Shuler, Frady.  Third row, left to right - one unidentified, Long, possibly Caudle, Thompson, civilian, four unidentified.  Some names mentioned but not sure on identity but were in Districts 3 and 4.  Hussey, Kinkaid, Lackey, Jenkins Feldman, Patterson, maybe more.
