The Spring 2024 NCHPRA conference will be held on Friday, 3 May through Sunday, 5 May. Tim and Brenda Drake will be our hosts. We will be staying at the Double Tree Hilton, 115 Hendersonville Road, Asheville, NC 28803. Room rate is $139.00 plus tax. Check in 4:00 PM. Telephone 828.274.1800 or 800.222.8733 Friday evening @ 6:00 PM there will be a catered meal by Phil's BBQ @ $15.00 per plate. Following the meal, we will be entertained by the Junction 280 blue grass band. Saturday morning the business meeting at 9:00 AM. Lunch at 12:00 noon. Saturday night at 6:00 PM we will have a Memorial Service then a banquet in the hotel. The meal will cost $44.38 per person with tax and gratuity included. Hospitality in the Stuyvesant Room, Banquet in the Vanderbilt Room. Depart on Sunday morning by 11:00 AM. Additional information at a later date.

The Fall 2024 Conference will be held on Thursday, 7 November 2024 through Sunday, 10 November. Ivan and Sasa Stroud will be our host. We will be staying at the Hampton by Hilton, 620 75th Ave, N, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572. Room rate is $109.00 plus 13% tax. Complimentary breakfast each morning. Thursday thru Sunday activities being arranged.
